Production line
The raw materials are stir-fried in the wok, and then transferred through the feeding conveying into the screw oil press to extract the oil, and the waste into oil cake.
Installation method of screw oil press:
Before installation, the newly purchased screw oil press should be thoroughly cleaned. Remove the main shaft, remove the upper press cage, and polish the outer surface, inner surface and spiral feeder with emery cloth. Grease should be applied to all lubricating parts and the type and brand of lubricating oil added to the gear box should meet the requirements of the manual. After the round row is polished and clean, it must be arranged in the original position and cannot be misplaced, because the arrangement position and order of the round row have a great influence on the performance of oil extraction. After the circular row is installed, press the circular disc with a pressing nut, and the degree of pressing is appropriate for the disc to creep when pressing the oil. After the above treatment, the oil mill equipment can be fixed on the foundation with anchor bolts. During installation, the belt pulley of the motor should be aligned with the belt pulley of the oil extractor, with proper position, correct rotation direction and proper tightness of the belt.
