Technological process:
Material loading(Connect with storage bin or BUCKET ELEVATOR)
⇒Automatic weighing machine(WEIGHING MACHINE ZDBZJ-15)
⇒Automatic bag feeding packaging machine unit(feed, open, expend the bag, clamp the bag, load the material)
⇒Horizontal automatic bag sewing machine unit(Automatic convey, sew the bag, cut the thread)
⇒Finish the pack
Structure components:
1) Bag feeding device: Automatic take out the premade bags;
2) Bag opening, clamping and expending devices: Automatic open, expend and fasten the bags;
3) Bag holding conveying device: Hold the expended bags and convey;
4) Leading device: Automatic recovers the filled bags;
5) Bag sealing and conveying device: Convey and seal/sew the finished bags;
6) Pneumatic control part: Central system fully controls;
7) Automatic weighing machine: ZDBZJ-15 Electrical weighing machine;
8) Material elevator or conveyor: Automatic elevate/convey the material to the weighing machine bin.
