This product use screw extrusion principle, will be prepared coal powder compressed into a cylinder of a certain intensity or plum blossom shape(Not only the cylindrical or plum flower shape, our mould can be replaced),It can make full use of pulverized coal, reduce the fuel cost. Total process
(1) Crush your raw material into small pieces(diameter is about 3-5mm).
(2) Dry the material by dryer or dried it in the sun,till the moisture is less than 12%.
(3) Put the material into feed let of briquette machine.
(4) Produce the briquette stick without any additive.
The working principle of the machine
After putting powdery materials into the machine inlet, the motor drives the screw to rotate to press them into different shapes of six arris or other forms.
Sleeves can be easily changed. Different shapes of sleeves make different shapes of products.
